approved before sending the equipment back to Virtual Supply.

Motorola Solutions Support Team representative to begin a
return.
After troubleshooting your radio or callbox, your
representative will make the determination whether your
equipment is defective or not. You will need to provide the rep
with the serial number to verify the warranty status of the
radio or callbox. It is located in the battery compartment.
CURVE and DLR1060w
Both the Curve and the DLR1060w radios have a two-year warranty.
CB300 Callboxes
The CB300 callbox has a two-year warranty.
Troubleshooting
Before
requesting an RMA for malfunctioning radio equipment, please
call your Motorola
Solutions Support Team member to troubleshoot the product to
determine if it can be fixed over the telephone, validate the
warranty, and verify the unit is defective. Many times issues
can be easily resolved simply by doing things like inserting new
batteries into a call box. Your Motorola Solutions Support Team
will troubleshoot the unit in hopes of getting it back in
service in the shortest amount of time.
Please have your
serial number ready when you call.
RMA Request
Once it has
been determined your product is eligable for return (based on
warranty terms), your Motorola Solutions Support Team member
will begin your RMA. It is important that you follow the
instructions they give you to ensure your request is handled
promptly. This includes filling out the form they send to you,
recording your serial number and tracking number, ans shipping
the product to the address provided on the RMA form.
